Some Americans living overseas can avoid EU travel ban
The European Union’s ‘safe list’ of low risk countries has been unveiled and as expected, the US didn’t make the cut. Still, some expat Americans resident overseas can circumvent the ban.

It’s a rolling tally based on a country’s rate of new Covid-19 infections, so will be updated every two weeks. While US travelers will be welcomed back in Europe eventually, it may be quite a lengthy wait based on the surge in cases in many states.
