Thailand to offer free Covid booster shots to tourists
Thailand plans to offer sun, sea, sand and a free Covid booster shot.
The Tourism Ministry proposed free boosters to tourists to attract more international traffic.
“I will discuss the possibility of providing Covid booster shots to tourists,” said Minister Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn.
Meanwhile the ministry is preparing for the return of Chinese travellers.
TAT governor Yuthasak Supasorn expects 300,000 Chinese tourists in the first quarter of 2023.
