The Mole Poll speaks: you say that airlines are taking advantage of customers through fuel surcharges
The results of a recent Mole Poll have shown that the trade believes that airlines are taking advantage of customers by not abolishing surcharges, with 94% of TravelMole subscribers saying that they believe that this is the case.
With many airlines still changing fuel charges airlines which have not abolished surcharges should take this up as a wake up call, with agents saying that they will avoid airlines that still charge furl surcharges, with fuel costs globally having dropped significantly.
Only 6% of agents said that they believed the contrary was true.
