Third agency this week goes under
Hull-based agency QP Travel has become the third ABTA member company to collapse this week.
QP Travel also traded as Cheap Online Flights and Travelworld, Yorkshire of 52 Savile Street, Hull and 19 Prestongate, Hessle.
ABTA said the company was unable to meet its liabilities and ceased trading today.
This business is unconnected with any other member of a similar name, ABTA added.
All claims arising from the failure will be handled by the ABTA claims department. Consumers can call telephone number 020 7637 2444 or email [email protected] for assistance.
Agency Allan Watson Travel, based in Banchory near Aberdeen, and operator and agent London Air Travel in Slough, which also traded as A Travel, ceased trading earlier this week.
