Thomas Cook unveils first Casa hotel for families
Thomas Cook has gvien a sneak preview of its brand-new Casa Cook hotel on the Greek island of Kos.
Located in the seaside town of Marmari, the 100-room custom-built hotel is the second of Thomas Cook’s new lifestyle properties.
Casa Cook Kos will open on July 1 2017 and follows the successful launch of the first Casa Cook in Rhodes last summer.
While Rhodes is adult only, Casa Cook Kos’ Suites and Villa Suites are also designed to cater to families looking for a holiday without a structured kids’ activity programme.
Influenced by the traditional cubist buildings found in the Greek islands, accommodation is in a mix of one- and two-storey homes in a village-like feel.
Accommodation ranges from standard doubles to suites and two-bedroom villa suites with private pool and garden.

Inspired by the parea – a Greek word roughly translated as a get-together with friends – the Beach Club has a bar, lounge, restaurant and main pool and is designed to be a communal ‘hang-out’ area with a relaxed feel.
Activities offered daily at Casa Cook Kos include paddle boarding, horse riding on the beach and yoga classes on the terrace.
The hotel has a state-of-the-art gym, indoor pool and spa with sauna, hammam and massages and beauty treatments using local herbs and natural products.
