Thomson doubles 10 and 11 night holidays

Thomson is doubling its offering of 10 and 11 night holidays for summer 2009 to make its packages more flexibile.

A total of 172,690 10 night and 172,563 11 night holidays will be offered for the season.

Customer director Tim Williamson said the packages mean customers will not have to take a full fortnight off work.

“We are constantly working to challenge people’s perceptions of the package holiday and our increased offering of flexible durations is one area in which we aim to do this," he said.

The holidays will be accessible from most UK departure airports and will be offered to a wide variety of destinations including Mexico, Cyprus, Greece and Italy.
