Top chef to sail with Silversea

Internationally renowned chef Anton Mosimann is to set sail with Silversea Cruises.
He will be a guest chef on a voyage this autumn in the Mediterranean is part of the line’s Culinary and Wine Series.
The owner of Mosimann’s private members club in London and The Mosimann Academy will join the recently refurbished Silver Wind on a 12-day cruise from Istanbul to Rome departing on October 18.
Mosimann will organise special menus, run cooking demonstrations and be involved in a grand gourmet dinner.
All-inclusive cruise-only fares for the cruise start at £4,371 per person.
Ports of call on include Santorini, Katakolon (Olympia), Corfu Kotor, Split, Bari, Siracusa, Palermo and Sorrento.
Passengers booking before April 30 will receive a complimentary dinner for two at Le Champagne, the Relais & Châteaux Wine Restaurant on board and a selection of vintage wines up to the value of $1,000 per suite. They will also receive a signed copy of Mosimann’s latest book, Mosimann’s Fresh.
