Tour group says travel on own but not alone
Brendan Vacations, the award-wining Ireland Specialist, launched a new and exclusive collection of Locally Hosted Vacation Itineraries featuring Ireland, The Baltic Countries, and all of Europe’s – including Eastern Europe’s – grandest cities.
"Brendan’s Locally Hosted Vacations combine the best in Hosted and Independent vacationing with daily, guaranteed departures, the freedom to choose between various hotel categories, sightseeing options, private airport transfers, land transportation and a local host who is available to advise and assist in every possible way," the company says.
According to Nico Zenner, President of Brendan Vacations, "A Locally Hosted Vacation is an exciting, cost effective and worry-free way to ‘travel on your own, but never alone.’ From the ever popular Rome-Florence-Venice to the intriguing Tallinn-Riga-Vilnius combination, Europe’s popular and lesser-known cities are all part of this very enticing program."
In 2012, Brendan Vacations has added Dublin in five possible pairings including Dublin and Killarney, and Dublin, London, Paris. There are 15 new itineraries in 2012, and they include city pairings in the Baltic Countries.
Already popular combinations include Munich-Berlin, Madrid-Barcelona, London-Paris, Prague-Vienna and others.
On each vacation, two or three cities are combined with confirmed accommodations in participants’ choice of hotel standard; sightseeing in each city; transportation between cities (in most cases) and private airport transfers at the beginning and end of the trip, and a local host.
