Trade split over future sales
Thomas Cook was upbeat about future sales as it released its pre-close trading statement at the end of last month.
It reported that with 39% of the winter season already sold, the bookings profile for next year is looking ‘encouraging’.
But is it a sentiment widely shared in the industry?
In our latest Mole Poll, we asked you if you were also encouraged by future sales, and the results were an even split, with 50% of you saying ‘yes’ but the rest saying ‘no’.
