TripActions acquires TMC Reed & Mackay
Silicon Valley based business travel and spend management platform TripActions announced the acquisition of UK based Reed & Mackay.
Reed & Mackay, a high-end travel and meetings and events business with a global market reach, will retain its premium brand for clients across more than 50 markets.
Reed & Mackay started as a family business nearly 60 years ago.
The acquisition ‘will create a new breed of travel management that is able to cater to the every need of companies of all sizes in every geographic location,’ said Ariel Cohen, CEO and co-founder of TripActions.
The combined group will manage $5 billion in travel spend spanning more than 5,000 customers around the world.
