Tripadvisor signs deal with Tourism Australia
TripAdvisor has signed a multi-market media partnership with Tourism Australia – www.tripadvisor.co.uk/discoveraustralia
The year-long deal will be the first time the review site has featured a partner in its drop down menu.
Tripadvisor said it is using a "unique integration" to pull in content to create a dedicated trip planner which allows users to share their unique itinerary with friends on their social networking sites.
The partnership is running on TripAdvisor’s UK, US, Canada, France, Italy and Germany sites.
The campaign has been built from the ground up to Tourism Australia’s specifications and has a media spend of £500,000.
