TUI adding four resort hotels across Europe

TUI Group is adding to its hotel portfolio with a quartet of new hotels in top European holiday destinations.

These additions are set to open from spring 2026.

Three hotel agreements have been signed: TUI Blue Pardu in Italy, TUI Blue Yaramar in Spain, both scheduled to open in May 2026; and TUI Blue Maviss in Türkiye, set to welcome guests from April 2026.

In addition, TUI Group’s joint venture brand Akra Hotels will unveil its newly built property, Akra Didim, on the Turkish Aegean coast in April 2026.

“While TUI Group continues to pursue dynamic growth in long-haul markets, Europe remains a key pillar of our business. We are committed to growing our differentiated product offering across the region”, said Peter Krueger, CEO Holiday Experiences.

“These new hotels in three of our guests’ favourite destinations are a welcome enhancement to our portfolio.”

Italy: TUI Blue Pardu in Sardinia 
TUI Blue Pardu, a newly constructed resort, is scheduled to open in May 2026. The resort is located in the southern region of Sardinia offering an ideal base to explore the island. The hotel will comprise 145 rooms and include a TUI Kids Club, a buffet and à la carte restaurant and a comprehensive range of sports facilities.

Spain: TUI Blue Yaramar on the Costa del Sol 
TUI Blue Yaramar will open its doors in May 2026 as an adults-only hotel with 225 rooms. The newly refurbished hotel is located in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol featuring an expansive swimming pool with ocean views, as well as three bars and two restaurants.

Türkiye: TUI Blue Maviss in Belek 
TUI Blue Maviss is a newly built property with 499 rooms on the southern Mediterranean coast of Türkiye in Belek. The hotel will feature three à la carte restaurants and several swim-up rooms, and it has been designed with families in mind, complete with a TUI Kids Club.

Turkish Aegean: Akra Didim Resort & Spa 
In April 2026 Akra Didim Resort & Spa, part of TUI Group’s portfolio opens and is located in the western part of the country, on the Turkish Aegean coast. The resort features Sarnıç Spa & Wellness Center offering everything from the traditional Turkish hammam to Watsu, Thalasso, and Kneipp wellness therapies. Akra Didim Resort & Spa will be open all year round.

With these developments, TUI Group strengthens its position with a portfolio of over 450 resorts worldwide including more than 230 hotels in 12 countries in Europe.
