UK gets consumer cruise event
A consumer cruise show is to be held in London next spring.
The Cruise 2009 show is to be held at the ExCel exhibition centre in London’s Docklands on March 21-22.
The event will focus on all areas of cruising – destination cruises, expedition cruises, private cruises, family cruises and river cruises.
Run by exhibition organiser Escape Events, the show is backed by the Telegraph Media Group.
Exhibitors are due to include cruise operators, cruise holiday providers such as travel agents and online portals, cruise destinations, tourist boards and lifesytle brands covering fashion, photography and accessories.
For exhibitors, the show presents a live marketing platform to connect, engage and do business with a targeted audience of high-spending consumers who will visit to find inspiration for their next cruise, according to the organisers.
