UKinbound appoints first north of England account manager
UKinbound has appointed Nathan Alemany as its first ever north of England account manager.
The organisation said his appointment is a ‘strategic business development’ aimed at developing and growing its northern footprint.
Initially, Alemany will be harnessing opportunities across Chester and Cheshire, Merseyside, Manchester and the Lakes, with further expansions into Yorkshire and the north east planned.
Most recently, he was head of marketing and industry partnerships at the 2018 International Business festival and before that was regional head of marketing EMEA at Travelport and spent seven years at VisitBritain.
UKinbound CEO Joss Croft said: "UKinbound is committed to supporting tourism businesses across all four corners of the UK and the appointment of Nathan is an important step forward in our strategic long-term regional development plan. Tourism is a key revenue earner for many businesses across northern England and I’m confident that Nathan will drive forward our interests here."
