Vegas’ Riviera Hotel and Casino Provides Guests with Royal Treatment at Achilles 24 Health Spa and Sauna

The Riviera Hotel and Casino has renovated and rebranded their spa, the Achilles 24 Health Spa & Sauna.

Achilles 24, an independent spa management company working in partnership with The Riviera has set wellness and beauty as the hallmarks of Achilles 24.

The spa complex provides guests with a total spa experience with specialized treatments aimed at rejuvenating the mind, body and soul. Achilles 24 accomplishes this with its most unique offerings, a Relaxation Room and Asian Acupressure Massage.

The Relaxation Room is a common theme among spas in Asia, and provides guests with a personal escape from the outside world.  The room is soothing and equipped with reclining chairs to allow guests an intimate space and private sanctuary.

The Asian Acupressure Massage is based on the ancient Chinese holistic art of acupuncture, but without the use of needles.  By touching key pressure points the massage is intended to increase the effectiveness of the immune system and restore balance within the body.  Acupressure massage therapy can help alleviate stress, muscle tension, aches and pains.

Additional Achilles amenities include a steam room, dry sauna, a diverse selection of massages, couples massage, hot rock therapy, seaweed wrap, body salt exfoliation, skin moisturizing treatments, slimming-cellulite-detoxifier treatment, face cleansing mud masks, exercise facilities, and outdoor sunbathing.

Located on the 12th floor of the Mediterranean South Tower guests can enjoy Achilles any time; the new facility is open 24 hours a day seven day a week.

The Rivera’s renovations also includes remodeled guest rooms, 100,000 square feet of refurbished casino space with a revamped VIP slot area and updated convention facilities, demonstrating the Riviera’s commitment to provide high quality amenities, along with first-class service for decades to come.

The Second Phase of this project was recently completed with more than half of The Riviera’s guest rooms receiving an extensive remodel. The remodeled rooms feature completely renovated interiors, including new wall coverings and carpet, new bathrooms with ceramic tile, marble vanities and bath fixtures.  Each room is appointed in a contemporary style, with all new furniture, sleek lighting fixtures, new artwork and European-style beds.  New room amenities anticipate the wants and needs of today’s business and tourist travelers and include flat screen televisions, wireless Internet connection, iPod/MP3 alarm clock radio and refrigerators.
