Visit Madeira partners with Connections for luxury travel virtual event
Visit Madeira has teamed up with Connections Luxury to host a summer international trade event, running until 2 July.
Dedicated to members of Connections Luxury, the five-day virtual event, has begun and brings up to 75 leading luxury suppliers together with up to 200 luxury travel agencies from around the world.
The event also welcomes up to 30 of Madeira’s private sector suppliers marketing luxury products.
Designed for decision-makers in the Connections Way format, Connections Luxury in Madeira aids senior travel executives to build meaningful business relationships.
Buyers and suppliers meet through 30-minute one-to-one meetings complete with icebreakers, as well as an online programme showcasing authentic experiences from Madeira.
These are supported by Belmond Reid’s Palace, DMC Madeira, Jardins Do Lago, Quinta Casa Branca and Savoy Palace.
The programme will also feature an educational ConnecTALKS panel which will explore the challenges, solutions and successes of selling luxury travel.
