We like small cruise ships!
That was the cry from Frank and Gisel [right] on board the SuperStar Gemini recently, who also said that they were frustrated by the ships getting ever larger day by day!
Enjoying her 50th year in Australia, Gisel said that she loved cruising and this was the first time on the Gemini and they loved her. She added that they had seen Australia by caravan and and were now seeing it by sea and they loved it. Never having to unpack was critical!
Frank said that they had been on many many cruises including around the world, but one one thing they would never do was cruise with P&O as he said they had too chequered a history and was not for them.
He said, “We don’t want the glitz, but we want high quality, great food and good company and the Gemini has more than delivered that for us.
