Westin unveils unlimited phone calls
Frequent-calling hotel guests might like to know that Westin Hotels & Resorts now offers unlimited, 24-hour, high-speed internet access phone calls for a flat rate of $16 a day. The 65-member hotel chain offers the rate for all local, toll-free and domestic long distance phone calls. There are no time limits or cutoff times. “Phone charges have always been a pet peeve for travelers, and we wanted to introduce a convenient bundled internet and phone access value for our guests,” said Sue Brush, senior vice president of Westin. Guests interested in the offer can simply ask for it at check-in. Brochures outlining the offer are also available in rooms. –Report by David Wilkening–
