Barbara Collins is to step down from the boards of both Worldchoice and Triton at the end of May.
Collins, who has board responsibility for training, cited changed circumstances of a very positive kind for the decision.
Worldchoice and Triton Travel Group chairman Colin Heal said: “Barbara has done a fantastic job for both Worldchoice and Triton, especially in the area of training.
“Whilst we are sorry to lose her as a board colleague, we fully understand the reasons for her decision and wish her every happiness in the future.”
Collins said: “I have greatly enjoyed my Board membership both on Worldchoice and more latterly of Triton and believe that I have been able to make an effective contribution to both organisations, especially in the field of training.”
