You can be certain things are perfect when “The wife is happy!”
The Mole’s arrival at Castaway Island on Monday afternoon was greeted by what every husband wants to hear – the wife’s happy!
Steven Andrews, Manager Operations at Castaway told The Mole that many travel trend surveys confirm the general perception that the female head of the household is the one who makes the decision regarding the destination when planning the family holiday. Steven has been married for three years and it appears that Steven has only just realised this very well known fact, discovering that consequently, when that female head is happy, so then is the rest of the family!
Recent Castaway guests from Sweden, The Wik Family, enjoyed ‘the weather, the hospitality, the food and the service’ on Castaway Island, Fiji, with Mr Wik saying, “The wife is happy, the daughter is enthusiastic, the son is enjoying himself, and the father…has forgotten his origin!”
Mr Wik said that “in the most beautiful setting” of Castaway, every family member found something to do and enjoy.
His sixteen-year-old daughter, Sara (pictured), was particularly fond of the ‘smiling’ parasailing available on the island and sfter a day’s activities, the Wik Family said that enjoyed falling asleep to “the soothing sound of the Pacific Ocean.”
Castaway proves to be everyone’s pace…and place, adding, “The whole family has enjoyed a marvellously relaxing time on Castaway Island,” said Mr Wik.
For those looking for that marvellously relaxing time where all family members (even the wife!) are kept happy and entertained, Castaway Island, Fiji has released their “Hottest Holiday Deal” for guests choosing to stay six nights or more.
