** $45k + super ** Free Parking & uniform drycleaning ** Sydney South location This well known hotel property that is a part of one of the largest recognised global hotel chains worldwide is currently looking for an experienced Conference and Events Executive to join this small yet dynamic team within the Conferences division. As part of this role you will be managing VIP clients up-coming meetings, events, and conferences from the initial quoting stage to follow up after the event. You will enjoy all the organising in-between from co-ordinating famils and site inspections for clients, collating conference material and kits, liaising with internal departments for smooth operation, reporting and administration duties as required….. just to name a few. To be considered for this role you will need: ** Previous experience in hotels in a conference / events role ** Have high attention to detail ** Strong negotiation skills ** Highly organised ** Excellent communication skills ** A can do attitude If you really enjoy working in the hospitality industry and feel you have a natural ability when dealing with people and organising their conferences and events – then this opportunity could be for you !!
