AAT Kings goes live with eNett payment system
AAT Kings has gone live on the eNett payment system which allows agents to make payments for their client’s bookings directly through AAT Kings’ Agents Online website or through the eNett website.
Les Cox, managing director of AAT Kings said, “eNett will make it quicker, cheaper and easier for agents to do business with AAT Kings and is an example of how we are constantly improving our systems and technology.”
The benefits of eNett are: no fee to send payments, instant recognition of payments, automatic calculation of deposit or balance due on a particular booking and payment advice automatically emailed from AAT Kings.
eNett also removes the need to fax remittance advice to AAT Kings as bookings are updated immediately with payment details 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The implementation of eNett will mean that the process for paying for an AAT Kings booking through their Agents Online website is completely automatic with real time approval (similar to credit card payments).
To make a payment using eNett agents need to register at www.enett.com by following the ‘New User? Click here to register’ link or by emailing [email protected]
Agents can also make payments to over 120 other suppliers via native eNett.
To make a payment using eNett agents click on the ‘Authorise Payment’ link in Agents Online section of www.aatkings.com/au/ and enter the amount they wish to pay. Once the booking is saved payment is processed and the agent will receive a payment confirmation email. Documentation (if relevant) will then be produced via normal methods.
For more information about eNett agents can contact Craig Hynes or Mike Jones on 03 9618 8999.
