Agents get full access to Turkish Airlines
Turkish Airlines has signed a three-year deal with Amadeus to give all travel agents outside Turkey access to its full range of fares, inventory and schedules.
“We are delighted about this new agreement that boosts our relationship with Amadeus and allows Turkish Airlines to have competitive distribution in our international markets”, said executive vice president sales and marketing Faruk Cizmecioglu.
The new agreement offers Amadeus’ subscribers outside of Turkey the same level of fares, availability and functionality as the airline distributes through its own website.
Amadeus said the agreement was a ‘critical step’ in its strategy to secure long-term efficient access to the content of key airlines worldwide. It has also recently signed content agreements with Aerolineas Argentinas, TAP Air Portugal, Cathay Pacific and Alitalia.
