Cincinnati to welcome new Marriott convention district hotel
Cincinnati is set for a new landmark hotel in the Downtown Convention District.
Downtown Cincy’s new $536 million Headquarters Hotel, developed by Portman Holdings, will become a Marriott branded property.
The Marriott joins 14 existing properties and 3,000+ walkable hotel rooms in the downtown area.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for the third quarter of this year, with completion expected by mid-2028.
The 700-room Marriott Headquarters Hotel will be located directly across the street and connected to the new Convention Center.
The new Cincinnati hotel will house more than 62,000 square feet of meeting space and a 17,000 square feet events terrace
There will be a full-service, three-meal restaurant and outdoor bar with panoramic skyline views and a skywalk connecting the hotel to the Convention Center.
Additionally, it will feature 15,000 square feet of retail space
