Consolidator tool now offered to grow agency business

FareBuzz.com announced its advanced Web-based booking tool is now available to travel agents and agency Web sites.

The New York-based company says its booking engine makes it easier for agents to search worldwide fares and eliminates the need to contact several air consolidators to get the best prices.

“Agents will not only have the ability to book the lowest consolidator fares from their own Web site but agencies can send their clients to the site for quick booking access,” said Walter Arnold, FareBuzz CEO.

He said he expected the move to help agencies significantly grow their customer base.

FareBuzz has been around since 1993. Company officials say it can be integrated onto existing Web sites for a small start-up fee.

FareBuzz issues tickets immediately and pays commissions within a week of reservations, according to the company.

The company works with all sectors of the travel agent community including corporate, home-based and leisure agents.
