Cruising with the kids
Vern, Kim, Vernicia and Shyanne, all from Bussleton in WA seemed to be having a great time on board the SuperStar Gemini although the girls were hoping for more passengers closer to their age getting on board in Sydney and Brisbane.
With Vern having just sold his transport business, he said it was a perfect time to have a long holiday with the family, with Vern and the girls cruising all the way from Fremantle back to Fremantle arriving back on 26 December.
They said that they loved being on board the Gemini and although she was the first cruise they had been on, they were not disappointed, because she was not too big, being very easily to get around and also very relaxing.
The reason they took the cruise on the Gemini, was not only because Vern had sold his business, but also because Vern and Kim are both Gemini’s and so is the ship, so as Kim said, we have to do it!
They also said that they loved the food, which was a great mix for the adults and the girls, there was just so much of it!
The only thing they would not do again is take one cabin between them, with that proving to be what Vern descibed as interesting.
In closing Kim and Vern said that the ship’s crew reminded them of Bali, with that amazing, “we just love having you here feeling” from the crew.
