Daish’s Holidays boosts customer service team
Daish’s Holidays’ customer service team has almost doubled due to demand.
The family-owned coach holiday group strengthened the customer service team at its Bournemouth head office with six new recruits.
It comes as searches for value coach holidays soar as consumers deal with the cost-of-living crisis.
The new recruits join the now 15-strong customer service team as reservation advisors.
They are responsible for full-service customer care, from handling phone and email enquiries to confirming travel plans.
Paul Harper, commercial director, said: “We have seen almost 20% rise in bookings over the last six months.”
“Strengthening our team will allow us to continue offering high-quality support.”
Daish’s Holidays has served more than 100,000 customers this year across its 12 hotel locations.
