Explora Journeys unveils online travel advisor centre
Explora Journeys, the new lifestyle cruise brand of the MSC Group, has launched an online Travel Advisor Centre to cement i links with the travel advisor community.
It was designed with travel advisor input and includes an online booking tool that allows advisors to search and book journeys, select suites, access fares and quotations.
The Knowledge Suite is an online learning function providing access to a variety of chapters that will equip travel advisors with relevant product knowledge to sell.
There is a Marketing Suite with digital and print assets designed exclusively for travel advisors and their clients including digital banners, brand booklets, image library, videos, social media assets, and more
A reporting dashboard lets advisors track all their bookings, commissions paid via the industry’s first rolling commission payment programme.
