Facebook’s Cyrus Akrami announced as keynote speaker at Travel Technology Europe

Cyrus Akrami, Facebook’s Market Development Manager for Workplace will kick-off a jam-packed line-up of expert speakers at this year’s Travel Technology Europe.
With changes afoot at Facebook and the company moving into the enterprise space with Workplace, visitors at Travel Technology Europe will have the opportunity to hear directly about these innovations from Akrami at 10am on the 21st February.
The show will feature over 120 speakers delivering over 72 sessions across marketing, travel and hotel technology as well as an innovation stream.
Other speakers who are now confirmed for the two day show include: David Elton, Director of the Limewood Group and the Pig Hotels who’ll be discussing how technology has contributed to the group’s success. Jamie Queen, Group Marketing Director of Thomas Cook will be talking about the group’s use of innovative technology including virtual reality.
Krishnan Kadodwala, Director Market Management, UK & Ireland, Expedia will provide insights from the booking giant and Alan Hicks Director of R&D CarTrawler will talk about the workforce skills that are in-demand.
Richard Baker, Founder of Sequence and Group Sales and Marketing Director, Inspiretec will deliver a keynote speech about personalisation in travel, sharing the insights of a recent study.
