The 18-acre seaside retreat is sandwiched between tropical forests and lush gardens on a seaside bluff overlooking the Caribbean.

Owner Island Outpost is also offering other similar upscale properties advertised as offering “pure Jamaican lifestyles with easy tempos and rhythms.”

The price for five-night packages is $3950.

Fleming used to say his seaside retreat offered “blazing sunshine, natural beauty, and the most healthy life I could life.”
