Kempinski Hotels is expanding its business partnership with Shiji
It signed a global master service agreement to increase the number of Shiji solutions available.
Kempinski has been using Shiji products such as Shiji Distribution Solutions and Shiji ReviewPro for many years.
With the expansion, it is adding Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS.
Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS was selected because of its central management and cloud-based architecture.
It will help optimise staff’s hours with guests and increase overall service quality.
Infrasys Cloud POS is in use in many luxury hotels and is known for its superior support.
