LateRooms.com adds Google mapping
Late availability accommodation website LateRooms.com is to offer real-time Google mapping and route finder facilities for users.
Door to door mapping enables visitors to plot their journeys, including travel to a hotel and excursions.
Users can also search for hotels using an interactive map of the London Underground. This is designed to help relate London districts to tube stations.
LateRooms has also expanded its search facilities to include the ability to find hotels with features – such as golf courses or swimming and leisure facilities.
Development director Tony Walsh said: “The site now provides the full picture for accommodation bookers.
“By looking at reviews from customers who have actually stayed in the hotel, being able to find out what there is to do in the area and where the nearest public transport is – users are extremely well informed before they even step out of the front door.”
