LAX: Waiting, waiting, waiting
A new study shows passenger at Los Angeles International Airport have an average 20-minute wait to pass security.
J.D. Power & Associates says that is a longer time than at any of the 76 airports it surveyed.
Waiting times are getting longer everywhere, the study found.
Average wait times at airport’s security checkpoints increased 15% over the past year, from 13 to 15 minutes, according to the study.
