Millennium Hotels unveils loyalty pact with Maritim Hotels
Millennium Hotels & Resorts has inked a loyalty partnership with Germany based hotel group Maritim Hotels.
The strategic cross-brand loyalty partnership allows members of MyMillennium and MyMaritim programs to get enhanced access to benefits when staying at participating properties in both portfolios.
The partnership was formalised at a signing ceremony at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa, London, by Saurabh Prakash, Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Millennium Hotels & Resorts, and Roland Elter, Chief Commercial Officer of Maritim Hotels.
“This collaboration is a forward-thinking move that aligns with our vision of enhancing guest loyalty through global partnerships,” said Kwek Eik Sheng, Executive Director of Millennium Hotels & Resorts.
Members of both loyalty programs will now enjoy:
MyMillennium members will receive loyalty discounts on Best Available Rates (Room Only and Bed & Breakfast) at participating Maritim Hotels.
MyMaritim members will enjoy loyalty discounts on Flexible Rates (Room Only and Bed & Breakfast) at participating Millennium Hotels & Resorts worldwide.
MyMaritim members can now enjoy stays at MHR in iconic locations like Singapore, London, New York City and Dubai, as well as Phuket and Penang.
For MyMillennium members there is access to a new portfolio of hotels in Germany including Dresden, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and more.
“This partnership delivers enhanced experiences without compromising the essence of either brand,” said Roland Elter, Chief Commercial Officer of Maritim Hotels.
Both parties will jointly participate at key industry trade shows and roadshows, collaborating to help capture additional corporate and leisure accounts.
The partnership also extends to joint sales initiatives and shared employee privileges, including access to friends and family rates
