MSC Cruises eases Covid-19 protocols for US cruisers
MSC Cruises has updated its Covid-19 testing and vaccination protocols for US guests.
Beginning September 1, vaccination is no longer required, although the line still recommends it.
Additionally, testing is no longer required for fully vaccinated guests and children under the age of two are exempt from testing.
Unvaccinated passengers are required to show proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken within three days of sailing.
These protocols could be subject to local destination rules during port calls.
Requirements remain the same for non-US residents, meaning full vaccination is still required for guests 12 years and older, and tests are required for guests two years and older regardless of vaccination status.
MSC Cruises current operates two ships out of Florida on Caribbean sailings.
