New Caledonia Tourism unveils its new B2B platform for the travel trade
New Caledonia Tourism (NCT) has unveiled a new corporate website designed specifically for travel industry professionals and media. This marks a further step in its digital strategy. The platform, available at nouvellecaledonie.travel/pro, brings together essential resources such as brochures, request forms, market data, and e-learning modules. The website makes it easier for partners to develop projects and collaborate with the destination.
The launch follows the success of NCT’s consumer site, nouvellecaledonie.travel. The latter already attracted more than 700,000 visitors since 2024. With the new platform, NCT aims to strengthen New Caledonia’s international positioning by providing a central hub of strategic information. Visitors will find content ranging from sales materials and fact sheets on the archipelago’s attractions to a directory of local operators, updates on promotional campaigns, and the first data releases from a forthcoming tourism observatory.
Julie Laronde, CEO of New Caledonia Tourism, said the site would serve as “a unique, practical, and evolving entry point” for partners. Available now in French and soon in English, it is intended as a daily working tool for resellers, media, and other stakeholders, complementing NCT’s broader digital ecosystem and supporting the sector’s recovery.
To meet the needs of different industry segments, the site provides tailored resources for tour operators, travel agents, media outlets, local suppliers, cruise lines, and MICE organizers.
It also highlights the new “NC Specialist” e-learning program, an interactive training course that allows travel professionals to deepen their knowledge of the destination at their own pace. Graduates of the program gain access to exclusive benefits, including discounts and opportunities to experience the archipelago firsthand.
Alongside the training, the platform also offers brochures and webinar replays, helping partners expand their expertise and better promote New Caledonia in international markets.
