New head of online product for Teletext Holidays
Gemma Chase is moving to become head of online product at Teletext Holidays.
She is taking over the position from David Hearns who is leaving the company next month.
Chase has previously overseen the development of Teletext’s recently launched stayintheuk dedicated web channel.
Heading team of eight, she will be responsible for the delivery and development of all websites including teletextholidays.co.uk and inluxury.co.uk.
Prior to joining Teletext Holidays a year ago, Chase worked at lastminute.com where she held the positions of online account manager and campaign manager. She has also worked at Simply Travel.
Managing director Matt Cheevers said: “We continue to look for talented individuals to push forward the changes at Teletext Holidays.
“Gemma is the latest addition to the newly created management team that will ensure the business moves forward in the right direction.
“The team has been working hard on a range of new initiatives which are to be rolled out over the next six months. Gemma’s appointment comes at a crucial time and she will play a pivotal role in driving forward these developments.”
