New MD appointed at Resort Hoppa
Resort Hoppa and A2B transfers have appointed Matt Hall as managing director, creating a new role in the organisation.
Hall moves from the lowcosttravelgroup where he was deputy MD of the UK lowcostholidays business. In previous years he had also held the role of product director.
He started his career at Thomson Holidays working overseas and then in the UK in the planning and trading department.
Founder and CEO Renaldo Scheepers was carrying out the role of MD before Hall’s appointment.
Matt Hall said: "It’s a hugely exciting time to be joining Resort Hoppa and A2B, our growth is strong and we have big plans to grow the business further over the next 12 months and beyond."
Resort Hoppa now have their agent system available in 45 languages, including Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Brazilian, as part of their international expansion plans.
The transfer specialist is also planning a new consumer and trade website in all the languages with an expanded choice of currency options.
Group sales director Phil Norris said: "Transfers are a global product and our international profile has increased substantially over the last year with very little promotion and marketing, it was a natural step to build on the interest by overseas online agents and tour operators to give them XML distribution in their own language."
Resorthoppa and A2Btransfers.com are both part of the WWTE Group.
