Slovenia capital is the world’s most honest
LJUBLJANA – Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, has been declared the most honest city in the world after an experiment carried out by journalists of Reader’s Digest magazine.
They chose a number of cities and “lost” 30 cell phones in each of them.
Then they checked the nearest police stations and waited for calls from the “finders”. Most were returned.
Toronto was second and Seoul third in the “honesty†findings.
