STA runs low deposit promotion to stimulate bookings

Saturday, 19 Apr, 2013 0

STA Travel is allowing customers to book and guarantee tickets on scheduled flights with a deposit of £49.

The Youth travel company hopes the offer, which runs for a limited time only, will stimulate bookings.

It applies to all new flight bookings made between April 19 and May 31 2013 on over 50 scheduled carriers.

The offer is valid for outbound travel from the UK between 28 June 2013 and 14 February 2014. The full balance of the fare will be due 10 weeks before departure.

If the balance is not collected, the reservation will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of £100 will be applied to the booking and claimed back.
