The Travel Network Group partners with C&M to launch recruitment service
The Travel Network Group is to offer members help with recruiting staff as part of their annual membership fee.
A new recruitment service was unveiled by chief commercial officer Lisa Henning at the group’s conference in Budapest on Friday.
TTNG has secured a 25% discount on recruitment rates with C&M Recruitment and will provide a dedicated helpline offering support and advice on recruitment issues.
It can even carry out interviews on behalf of members, either at an early stage of the process or to give a second opinion before a final decision is made.
It can also help arrange hands-on retail experience for potential candidates, giving them the chance to see if the job is right for them.
A recruitment manager will be allocated to members, who will also get access to regular salary surveys, contract and appraisal templates, and HR advice and guidance.
TTNG can also provide help with auditing potential roles, helping to create job descriptions and sifting through applicants’ CVs.
Members will be invited to attend seminars on how to attract the right staff and can take advantage of TTNG’s profiling systems.
"If you want to share the skills you need and the kind of person you are looking for, we will match it to the right candidate," said Henning.
"It’s all about saving you the time and cost involved in recruitment."
