Trafalgar tours take in “wild west,” World Heritage sites
Trafalgar released its 2007 USA and Canada tours, which include an eight-day “Wild West Cowboys & Buffalos” option that starts in Salt Lake City and includes legendary outposts such as the Black Hills and the Oregon Trail.
That trip starts at $1,935 per person.
Trafalgar tours also offers an early payment discount plan that allows for 10% savings on trips booked and paid in full a year in advance.
The company also has a sliding scale for discounts on trips paid ahead of time.
Families seeking a higher, but shorter journey can try Canada’s Rockies, a 7-day jaunt beginning and ending in Calgary. Highlights include a gondola ride almost 7,000 feet high to a mountaintop interpretive center that explains the natural wonders of the region, which is a protected World Heritage Site. Prices start at $1,435 per person.
Trafalgar was established in 1947.
