Training guru delivers dedicated InteleTravel programme

Saturday, 25 Jan, 2024 0

InteleTravel is working with leading industry trainer Debbee Dale on a dedicated programme for InteleTravel’s group of Ambassadors.

The training will help further improve service and sales techniques at the company.

Dale, who has run her own successful training business for almost 21 years and has many travel industry clients, has structured a programme for Ambassadors and  travel agents.

InteleTravel Ambassadors are experienced agents who have reached required criteria in terms of bookings and commissions and help mentor and train other advisors.

They must complete a programme of ongoing development to qualify.

Her work will add to the extensive training programme offered by InteleTravel, which has led to increased productivity among agents.

There has been a 10.3% rise in average booking values for the first two months of January, compared with the same period last year.

Dale has worked with InteleTravel since it entered the UK market in 2018 and has been a popular presence at its conferences and full-day Dream Maker training events.

This is the first time she has devised a dedicated company-wide programme aimed at increasing sales.

It includes one-to-one training with each of the Ambassadors helping them to develop a range of sessions on various topics.

These range from building social media profile, analysing customer behaviour, and best customer service practice.

Ambassadors are also given goals to achieve to retain their status as well as developing their presentation skills.

“I have been involved with InteleTravel for some time and they wanted a more dedicated service in the UK, which I was delighted to provide,” she said.

Through this development they have launched a ‘Beyond +’ programme that Ambassadors will run for travel agents, which helps them achieve an increasing level of commission and success.

“It’s about putting a structure in place, hitting targets and helping Ambassadors excel in their role,” Dale added.
