TUI to grow trade team
TUI is set to grow its trade engagement team to 14 as it prepares for its biggest summer season next year.
The 14 strong team will work closely with independent travel agents to improve product knowledge of the different TUI offerings.
Five Trade Relations Manager roles have been created, with team members based in Northern Ireland, Scotland, the Midlands, the North and the South of England.
A Training Delivery Manager role will also be recruited for, to support travel agents’ training needs.
Neil Swanson, TUI CMO, said: ” I knew that our trade relations team needed to grow to ensure our agent partners were getting as much from TUI as they could.”
Our newly formed team will cover the length and breadth of the UK to build relationships with those independent agents.”
“Developing these new relationships will allow us to better understand our valued trade partners.”
The new trade team is led by Andrew Isherwood, Head of Trade Relations.
The full team is due to be in place in the autumn.
Isherwood has been part of the TUI team for almost 20 years, with the last 15 years supporting trade relations.
