TV funnyman to host British Travel Awards
Award-winning stand-up comedian, writer and performer Russell Kane will host the British Travel Awards’ Gala Night, being held on November 26 at Battersea Evolution in London.
A regular on TV and radio, Kane has featured on the BBC’s flagship comedy show ‘Live at the Apollo’, alongside host Al Murray, and on Radio 2’s Saturday lunchtime comedy show.
He also joined ITV’s "I’m a Celebrity …..Get me Out of Here" presenting team, broadcasting live from the jungle.
This year Kane won the most prestigious award in comedy, "The Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award’, for his show ‘Smokescreens and Castles".
This year the BTA’s has a Venetian theme, with optional masks.
