Value Inn brand plans to launch in India
US based Vantage Hospitality recently inked an exclusive licensing agreement with Miraya Hotel Management to introduce the Value Inn and Value Hotel brands to India.
The agreement paves the way for up to 100 hotels within the next 5-7 years, according to CEO of Miraya, Sudhir Sinha.
"The brand offers hotel owners the most affordable alternative to a traditional hotel franchise in the budget through lower midscale segments and we are happy to be bringing this benefit to hotel owners in India," Sinha said.
"We feel that there is great demand for hotels for the middle class in second- and third-tier markets, and we look forward to bringing our Value brands to those areas of the country. We plan to grow via new construction and re-branding of existing hotels," added Roger Bloss, founder and CEO of Vantage Hospitality.
Vantage, which has a portfolio of more than 1,000 managed and franchised hotels globally, continues to expand steadily in South Korea, Indonesia, Canada and Mexico and recently acquired the Signature Inn, Country Hearth Inn & Suites, and Jameson Inn brands.
