Alesha Dixon to front First Choice Summer of Music
Singer, dancer and TV personality Alesha Dixon will create the UK’s first fan-curated music video for her new summer single ‘The Way We Are’, to be filmed at First Choice resorts in Paphos, Cyprus.
Alesha will film three different endings for the video and allow fans to choose which one should make the final cut by voting on the First Choice website.
‘The Way We Are’ is Alesha’s first single since 2010.She said: "Music is such an important part of any holiday whether it’s listening to the latest summer tracks by the pool or turning on the tunes as you get ready for a night out. So I’m delighted to be headlining First Choice’s Summer of Music and helping to give holidaymakers the ultimate soundtrack to their summer.
"I can’t wait to get out to Cyprus to film the video for my new single ‘The Way We Are’ and hope everyone will get involved in choosing the perfect ending in May. I can’t wait to see which one you pick."
Fans can create their own soundtrack to their holiday using the Summer of Music Playlist Generator on the First Choice website. Created in association with Spotify, the generator uses a bespoke formula to pick tracks for every stage of the holiday.
