Carnival Cruise Line taps OTT to boost agent training
Carnival Cruise Line has announced a new partnership with Online Travel Training (OTT).
OTT will host a comprehensive Carnival Cruise Line training programme for travel agents to enhance their product knowledge to confidently book Carnival itineraries.
Additionally, agents who complete the training by August 2025, will be entered into a draw to win a £200 voucher on loyaltyrocksclub.com, Carnival’s agent rewards platform.
Through the partnership, Carnival Cruise Line aims to expand its reach to new accounts, including agents who are new to selling cruises, or those looking to enhance their expertise.
Iain Baillie, VP, international sales at Carnival Cruise Line, said: “We are thrilled to partner with OTT to reach new travel agents. This collaboration allows us to showcase why Carnival should be their top choice for clients.”
Julia Feuell, founder of OTT, added: “This partnership will enable us to inspire and educate more travel professionals about the unique experiences Carnival offers, ultimately driving more bookings.”
