Hotel tours added by 360TravelGuide.com
Virtual tour specialist 360TravelGuide.com has added hotel tours to its online city and resort guides.
The 360Travelpack now combines virtual tours of destinations, interactive maps and virtual tours of hotels to give travellers a fuller picture of their destination, hotel location as well as the interior of properties.
360Travelpacks are already being used on Thomson.co.uk and have increased the amount of time visitors spend on the site from eight to 13 minutes. The packs have received more than 1.7 million views in the past 12 months.
360TravelGuide.com managing director Conrad Freethy said the company had built up a library of 1,500 hotels and was hoping to add a further 2,000 this year.
He also said the company was looking to partner with a tour operator to get some direction on what hotels would be best to add to the library.
A demonstration of the latest version of the pack can be viewed at www.360travelguide.com/new/new.asp
