International arrivals to Vietnam soar

Vietnam welcomed nearly 50,000 foreign tourists in the first two months of 2022. It marked a year-on-year rise of over 71%.
Numbers for February alone represented a 49% month-on-month rise and 196% above Febrary 2021. Vietnam is implementing the next phase of its reopening from March 15, with full tourism activities reinstated.
It is, targeting up to five million foreign arrivals this year.
